Position Summary:

The Fair Oaks Recreation & Park District - FORPD is seeking an accomplished and community-focused leader to serve as its next District Administrator. This is a rare opportunity to lead an award-winning park district that has undergone nearly a decade of transformation and is entering an exciting new phase of growth and innovation.

Serving approximately 32,000 residents in northern Sacramento County, FORPD oversees 12 community parks, a vibrant cultural and recreation campus, and a diverse portfolio of recreation, arts, and community programs. Following the successful delivery of a $26.9 million Measure J bond program, the District Administrator will build on this momentum—guiding long-term master planning, operational sustainability, financial resilience, and strong community partnerships.
