Challenging Department Head level position with the City of Visalia leading the Parks & Recreation Department in overseeing Parks and Urban Forestry, Recreation, Facilities Maintenance, and Animal Services. The City is looking for an innovative, responsive professional with a strategic vision for the future. Requires a proven track record of effective leadership and management skills and related BS degree with 8 years of experience in a full service municipal or similar agency.
